Steps:

1) From Safari on your iPhone or iPod touch, go to http://www.runAPalooza.org
2) Bookmark the page by pressing on "+"
3) Select "Add to Home Screen"

The RunAPalooza icon will be on your iPhone or iPod touch screen.
